Pakka Limited has shared its financial results for the fourth quarter of FY25 and the first quarter of FY26. The company spoke about its performance and future plans during an investor call held on August 19, 2025.
Pakka is known for making sustainable packaging products from sugarcane waste. Its popular food service brand “Chuk” is now being used at major cultural and religious events such as the Mahakumbh, Vaishno Devi Shrine, Mahakal Temple, and ISKCON temples.
During the investor call, the management said their dream is to build a “cleaner planet” by scaling regenerative packaging. They aim to grow production capacity from about 50,000 tons today to 500,000 tons per year by 2030. At an average price of $2,000 per ton, this would mean around $1 billion in revenue.
The company is working on new paper machines and pulp mills in India. Pakka has already started operating its Paper Machine 3 (PM3) and is preparing for Paper Machine 4 (PM4), which will make barrier-coated papers for food packaging.
Pakka is also focusing on its food service business. The company is expanding products like delivery containers, clamshells, plates, and cutlery. It has increased its presence on quick-commerce platforms like Blinkit and Swiggy from 30 cities to 186 cities, doubling its revenue in this segment.
The company also shared updates about its international business. Its subsidiary in Guatemala is being developed as a base for exports to the U.S. This location helps reduce costs and tariffs. The first stage of this project will be a $15 million molded products facility, expected to go live by June 2026.
Financially, Pakka said it has partnered with banks and investment firms to fund its projects. Around 91% of promoter equity shares have been released from pledge, showing stronger financial health.
Company leaders admitted there were delays in completing audits for the U.S. subsidiary and in starting some projects. However, they confirmed these issues have now been resolved. They assured investors that Pakka is on track and well-prepared for the future.
Pakka’s management ended the call by highlighting its big vision: to be a global leader in compostable and sustainable packaging. They believe strong innovation, product expansion, and global partnerships will help them reach $1 billion revenue by 2030.
